High Water Films creates cinematic branded content, documentary-led films and refined visual campaigns for clients working at the higher end of experience, place and design.
Based in Falmouth, Cornwall, and working across the UK and internationally, we specialise in world-class interiors, luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle and brand storytelling — producing films that feel considered, atmospheric and commercially useful.
Our work is built around a deep sensitivity to people and place. We are often filming in high-trust environments: private residences, exceptional interior spaces, boutique hotels, working businesses, boats, coastal locations and carefully curated guest experiences. These are spaces where the production needs to feel as composed as the final film — discreet, respectful, well-prepared and quietly efficient.
We are a small team by design. That allows us to work with a level of care, agility and creative focus that larger productions can sometimes lose. From a founder-led brand film to a luxury travel campaign, from a documentary piece to a finely observed interiors film, we bring the same approach: strong images, calm production, thoughtful storytelling and a clear understanding of what the film needs to achieve.
At the centre of High Water Films are Jack Williams and Megan Isaaks — bringing together cinematography, production, editing, sound, creative strategy and a practical understanding of how to make ambitious work happen without unnecessary noise.
Jack is a filmmaker, director of photography and RNLI lifeboat helm, specialising in cinematic branded content, interiors, luxury travel and documentary-led projects.
His work is shaped by atmosphere, natural light, movement and human presence. He creates films that feel refined without becoming sterile; cinematic without losing contact with the real world.
Jack is highly experienced in working in high-trust environments — spaces and situations where discretion, preparation, sensitivity and calm judgement are essential. His background as a lifeboat helm informs the way he works: composed under pressure, attentive to detail, and able to move with confidence when the environment or the brief requires care.
His role is to translate the character of a place, brand or story into films that feel beautiful, intelligent and purposeful.
Megan is a creative producer, editor and production specialist with experience across commercial video, audio production, live-streaming, arts content and social-first storytelling.
Her strength lies in shaping the structure and texture of a project — helping turn beautiful material into work that feels clear, polished and emotionally engaging. She brings an editorial eye, a strong sense of rhythm, and an understanding of how stories should unfold across different formats and platforms.
At High Water Films, Megan supports projects from planning through to post-production, helping keep the work focused, organised and refined. Her background across sound, editing, live production and arts-sector content gives each project an added layer of clarity and finish.
